This week's service featured the sermon "Rich in Mercy," from Ephesians 2:1-10, and preached by our Assistant Minister, Rev. Jason Glover. The hymns for this week were "Praise Him! Praise Him!," "All People That on Earth Do Dwell (Psalm 100)," "Before the Throne of God Above," and "Come, for the Feast Is Spread."

This week's service featured Dr. John Clayton's sermon "Seeing Salvation," from Exodus 14. The church also celebrated the Lord's Supper. The hymns for this week were "Come, Ye Faithful, Raise the Strain," Psalm 106 (verses 1-3, 7-12), "Jesus, I Come," and "At the Lamb's High Feast We Sing."

In keeping with our practice on the first Sunday of every month, this Sunday included observing the sacrament of the Lord's Supper. Dr. John Clayton continued his Lord's Supper Sunday walk through the book of Exodus, this time in the first two verses of chapter 5 with his sermon, "Know the Lord." The hymns for this week were "We Praise You, O God, Our Redeemer, Creator," Psalm 113 (verses 1-8), "My Faith Has Found a Resting Place," and "Jesus, Thou Joy of Loving Hearts." In addition, the choir sang the song "O Splendor of the Father's Light" for the offertory.

This week we celebrated the sacrament of the Lord's Supper. The service also featured the sermon "It Pleased the Lord," part of Dr. John Clayton's series through the book of Exodus that he is preaching on Lord's Supper Sundays. The hymns for this week were "O Worship the King," Psalm 117, "Let Us Love and Sing and Wonder," and "Amidst Us Our Beloved Stands." The choir's offertory anthem this week was entitled "Take My Life, Lord," and featured guest clarinetist Carol Sikes.

This week, Dr. John Clayton preached the sermon Gospel Justice, from Exodus 2:11-25, and the sacrament of the Lord's Supper was observed. The hymns for this week were "All Hail the Power of Jesus' Name," "Immortal, Invisible, God Only Wise," Psalm 32, and "Jesus, Thou Joy of Loving Hearts." The choir sang the hymn "Crown Him with Many Crowns" for the offertory.
